I just installed the new printhead for b210e and found out that i was not having problem with the old printhead. Because before i have a new black ink cartridge and it lasted almost 2 days before the "missing ink or damage cartridge" occur, so i suspect the problem was the printhead. i tried hardware reset and even full reset (hidden menu) it didn't work.
what could be the problem? is it all the ink cartridges? i have 2 sets of those 564 ink, it's kinda unusual for all of it to be damage at the same day.

Ok i updated this post, 'cause i found out that the blank ink cartridge is recognized, i just removed all the color inks and left the black, i open the door again and put on the color inks but it says "appear to be missing or damage".
opening the hp software and i get this so it must be the color inks? Hmm the 2 sets of ink died at the same day huh?
