I like many other cost conscious consumers have been buying G&G compatible ink cartridges for my Brother printers.
I am trying to be more eco friendly these days and started recycling all my old ink cartridges. I have a collection of lexmark, HP, and epson printers. It seems all the name brand stuff has recycling programs available. It also seems that non of the compatible ink brands have any recycling programs.
Now I am collecting things that I can't recycle and don't feel that great about it. I've scoured the net trying to find some way to recycle this compatible ink cartridges, but every site I find, never accepts compatible. They always want name brand.
Untill I find a way to recycle these, I am going to look into refilling them, because that's next most ecological step that comes to my mind.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
