How To Change Theme?

Hello, I do agree that the site forum needed an upgrade but where can I cange the theme?
I can't find this option in my preferences.

The white stuff is hurting the eyes, I would prefer the same theme but the white need to be replaced by gray. Thank you.

No need to reinvent the wheel, just use the same old background hex F1F1F1
