I got help from Printer Knowledge a few years ago, and it got my Epson Workforce 3620 going. I'm having trouble again. After the printer self-cleaning options didn't work, I used the Flush System Cleaning Fluid, twice, and things are better, but the only color that's printing as it should is magenta. Do I just keep flushing the nozzles until it prints correctly, or is there something else I should try? I've also done several Print Nozzle Head Cleanings. Thanks.
