Just signed up so I can learn more stuff and possibly share some ideas if I have one Lol. I'll be in the Epson section. I was using an Epson WF-7620 up until today. As of today I'm hooked up to a WF-7720. At least I was able to print a whole 5 prints of my Watercolors onto 11 X 17 Card Stock for the mother-n-law about a year ago before the 7620 died last week but that's another story. Looking forward to joining in, Cheers

Thanks for the welcome Stratman and FryingSaucer. Yes I originally registered to ask about my WF 7620 problem but during the wait for confirmation email I ended up just buying the 7720. I'll ask the question about the WF 7620 anyways just out of curiosity, it may have been a simple fix. Good luck in your Cannon issue.
