Unfortunately we cannot help you with so little information you provided so far or a printout of your nozzle check,
which didnt upload and wont till you have at least five threads on here.

Try using one of the free upload services and then put in a link to that ok.
A bit of advice

Dont do any more soaking or anything else to your print head or print anything other than a nozzle check
till you get some help as you may damage your print head even further.

Please supply some more information like: - how old is your printer, what cartridges do you use and which inks, do you refill your own cartridges
or use compatible pre filled ones, how long have you had your print problem and anything else you might think will help.. :)
