Hi there,

I'm a retired Mechanical Engineer who doesn't like spending money unnecessarily and is reasonably OK with tools etc.. I have a Canon Pro-! photo printer that is still printing fine but then covers the print with mucky green ink. I guess that the waste tank is full. I'm happy to dismantle it to sort out but the way in is not clear. Can anybody point me towards a guide?

Cheers

Francis

Hi and welcome, firstly how do you know it’s the waste ink tank that’s full, normally the printer will tell you and wont print anymore until you replace it, what messages have you received.. Secondly when you print a nozzle check is there any information printed on the bottom about your firmware..
