Hi folks,

While cleaning up my garage I found I had piles of lenticular sheets. These lenticular sheets allow inkjet printer to print directly on their back. The company that supplied me these went out of business and I am stuck.

Do anyone of you know about any inkjet printer that can rear feed to print something thick? If yes, I can still utilize these lenticular sheet.

While I am on this maybe you will be interested in buying the lenticular sheet from me. Lenticular printing can be use to create 3D, flip, morph, zoom, and various effects. If you are interested in printing 3D you can refer to a lenticular printing tutorial here . The problem is of course you will need to find a flatbed printer as I am facing now to print them.

Thanks and wish me luck!

Some clever persons have converted ordinary Epson printers to flatbed printers, for printing PCB material or direct print to T-shirts. A link here: http://www.picbasic.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=13656 also see this post for more links: http://www.nifty-stuff.com/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=53832#p53832 . You can use Google Translate, as the site linked to is Russian.

I think the reason Epson printers are popular for this conversion is that they use piezoelectric print heads which might be better for handling special inks than the thermal print heads used by most other inkjet printers.
