After a recent Firefox browser update the printer dialogue screen changed to something more basic in configuration and options. This new printer dialogue box had a clickable link to revert to the old "system dialogue" box, but it is a temporary fix that needs to be repeated each time you printed in Firefox. There is a simple fix to permanently restore/return to the old system dialogue box when printing in Firefox.
