I just refilled my carts. Not the first time. I put them in and it keeps giving me an error unrecognized for one of the carts. I've taken it out put it back on, unplugged the printer, held down the ok button and still nothing. What can I do to get it working? thanks

So are you saying that you have refilled this cartridge in the past after it registered as emptied and without resetting it, you got the printer to work with no complaint but now after refilling it, it complains with some error code? What exactly is the message that the printer puts up?
