Hi All ... I need to reset the Pad counter on my Epson XP-760. Found PrinterKeys.com but, alas, their simple hit the Speed and Progress button is shown in Windows XP or 98 but it doesn't appear in windows 10 maintenance folder. Anyone have any ideas how I can over come this or know a better way to reset the speed and progress counter? Many thanks, Neil

Hi Peter ... Thanks for coming back. I downloaded WicReset and it was that that I followed the instructions on but I need to hit the 'Speed and Progress' button in Epson's maintenance screen but the layout is different in Windows 10 to the exampled XP as shown below. At this moment I can't figure a way to reset using Windows 10!

Your images are showing the driver screens of the maintenance tab but not the program screen of WicReset, go back to the main tab of the driver and start WicReset and show us what you get

Well I'll be bu****ed! Every time I went into WicReset, it stated I needed to carry out actions as previously mentioned ... this time it said I had a free trial. So, I tried it! Bit like having a real bad toothache and when you eventually go to see the dentist, it's fine!!! Damn thing worked, lol. Thank you all for your offerings and especially you 'Ink Stained Fingers' (sorry, realised Peter had thumbs up your report and you're not Peter, oops!) for your assistance. It's peeps like you that really take the frustrations out of today's gadgets :).

WicReset allows you to decrease the counter by a few % for free so you can continue working - the free trial, a full reset requires you purchase a key for about 10$ via the internet and enter the key into WicReset. When you do the reset function - there should be a link to 'purchase a reset key'. And you should not be on the maintenance tab of the driver at the time you use WicReset.
