Epson WF3530 Microsoft word text problem

Having a text problem and it appears in a certain vertical band as shown in the pic. I tried the usual cartridge alignment, head cleaning etc. But to no avail. I'mguessing it is a driver software related problem.

Is it only a MS Word text print problem, or do you see the same problem printing from other sources, with other programs, browser etc ?

Could be a dirty/defective timing strip...
