For some testing I am looking for empty original Epson XP-15000 cartridges (378XL, 478XL EU version) with seal clips included. Preferably inside the BeNeLux, France or Germany region.

I'll check with my source for empties here in the UK. They will likely have what you need and may even have a source in Europe although I doubt it. Will let you know.
