Hi,
I am very new at this stuff. So, please excuse if any of my question seems to be stupid.
Here's the question:
As far as i know, it is possible that when injecting the needle into the cartridge for refill is possible for the air bubble to enter. Also, when removing the needle after refill can allow the air bubble to enter
So, let say that i create a machine that has a door where i can put a cartridge inside for the machine to process the refill of ink. But my machine, let say that i put a cartridge inside(without injecting the needle when the air is still present), then i close the door and turn on the vacuum. after turning on the vacuum to the satisfying level where it's not possible for the air to go into the cartridge, i then order the so-called robot to inject the needle into cartridge(no air present) and then after injecting, i can then fill it with the ink(of course still no air is present), and after that, i remove the needle in a no air present situation. so, after all that happen, i can then open the door to take the cartridge for it to be used.
This situation, is there any flaw to this? let say i manage to create this, will there a guarantee for the ink to be 100% ready use; in other words, the customer would enjoy full use of the ink in the cartridge (still talking about tackling the air bubble situation, and not about the need for resetting the chip)?
Thank You
