Hi all,
I currently run 2 designjets (110plus + 100plus) and I use OCP inks in a continuous ink system. The problem I am having is that after fitting new printer heads the printer starts banding after 10 or so poster prints. I came to the conclusion that it could be the ink so when I insert original HP printer ink cartridges back into the printers and do a few prints to draw the ink in to the heads the banding disappears. Would adding some distilled water to the OCP ink to give it a larger dot gain help solve this?
