*Sigh*... Sadly we've had a few of these experiences ourselves.
Being asked why an order is taking so long can be a little difficult to answer when you just want to ask if they'd noticed the red cross on their door and someone yelling "bring out your dead" while pushing a cart through the street.
We get the same thing at Christmas... Order received at 4:59pm Christmas Eve. Clock ticks down 72 hours and *ping* irate query about when why a "Next day" package is so late.
