Good day guys! This is my first post.
I have a Canon IP1880 printer, i recently bought a remanufactured pg-40 and cl-41 ink cartridges, and installed a CISS in it. all is good and printing smoothly till the other day, the print doesn't have cyan in it, i deep clean it many times but to no avail, i even soaked the cartridge in a bowl of hot water but still the same, i manage to make it print cyan but just once and it came back to nothing, i also tried suctioning the ink out but still no luck. is there a way to clean the tank inside? how do i open it? I don't have proper printer equipment to disassemble it.
Thank you in advance.

How do i mark this as solve?
I went to a refilling station this afternoon, and the lady is good enough to show me how to remove the slurpee like gooey ink that the cyan has. It was very easy and i was like, why i didn't thought of that before?

I was amaze as how much ink had build up in the tank like 7elevens blue slurpee. she didn't suckout the ink but force it down the printhead with a syringe.
well that's it, another lesson learned.
