I had an unfortunate experience with inkjetsoutlet.com and would caution users to beware using this online retailer for continuous ink supply systems for the Epson R380. Their instructions are very poor, the cartridges are poorly designed and do not fit in the R380 cartridge bay, ink is fine, the delivery and shipping is excellent, but the cartridges do not fit in the newest Epson R380. After contacting the seller, I was promised a refund after returning the merchandise, but after 2 months no refund has been issued.
