canon pro1 b500

Been on lockdown, come to use my printer canon pro1 and its coming up with error code B500, I know one of the inks has an the RED X by it but can't even open the inks to replace it, any ideas? Or is this a canon service thing only?

The B500 error.. That’s showing up as an Ink pressure error, quite possibly associated with the empty ink tank, you can manually open the Ink doors yourself and change the offending ink tank, and hopefully that will solve your problem..

Turn off the power to the printer to carry out this procedure.. Good luck..
If you need ink in a hurry try this place.. they sell both OEM and compatible ink..

P.S. Never send you printer to a Canon Service Agent, it will end up costing you a bomb…
