Hi, can anyone advise me on an issue with my Pro 2100 printer. When using roll paper, before printing starts the head travels right to left, but on the return pass keeps catching and ripping the paper causing the printer to malfunction. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Try de-curing the leading edge of the paper (Downwards) before inserting it into the machine, obviously over time the edges can curl up when not in use, this solution is probably a pain in the arse but it works..
