Im using Canon printer MP520.

No mater all cartridges fill with full ink, and no mater after done cleaning (software cleaning), printing output still showing color not even, red not like red, green not like green etc, only print black and white getting good result.

May I know what else can I do?
Will it be solve if physically clean the print head and how to do it?

Remove your cartridges and inspect to see to see if there is any cross contamination.

Yellow is the easier to see for cross contamination. Magenta and cyan is harder to see if cross contamination (slightest contamination can affect the output color). For Magenta and cyan, wick the cartridge exit port filter onto a piece of tissue or kitchen towel paper and let the ink color dry. Alternatively, you could wick the tissue or kitchen towel paper from the printhead ink pick up filter (that is at the top of printhead) for the magenta and cyan.

Then drop a tiny bit of of ink for each color (M and C) from your bottle on the a piece of tissue or kitchen paper and let it dry. After all the colors had dried up on the tissue or kitchen paper, compare the color from the one that is wicked from the cartridge exit port itself (or from printhead ink pickup filter) with the one that comes from your ink bottle, to see if there is any off color between the 2 sets of colors.

Hi I am sorry to tell you. Your printhead is faulty. You need to get a replacement printhead.
But what did you do. Did you remove the printhead to clean it externally?

I didn't do anything, just few days a go i took out all the cartridges and refill ink, fix back and didn't show this error message, just that printed with un-even color, that's why i try to get advise and help from this forum.

I found this page to show on how to take out printhead, also tried the method but problem still not solve !!

http://www.justanswer.com/printers/4y8i4-getting-u052-the-type-print-head-incorrect-error.html
You tried out the method in the thread. To replace back the ink cartridge after refill, you do not need to remove the printhead. Just remove the cartridges itself, refill and put it back.
Unless have intention of cleaning the printhead externally or installing a new printhead or resitting the printhead, there is no reason to remove the printhead at all.
When a printhead that is fried (faulty/damaged), it will show that error mesage. Because it cannot recognized that printhead anymore, that is why it tell you the printhead you install is incorrect, and ask yo uto install the correct print head, despite that you had actually put in a correct printhead.
I am sorry to say you need to replace with a new printhead.

Now prompting me another error message:
"Printer error has occurred, turn off power then back on again, if problem persists, see the manual"

Seem like your are right, need replace printhead!!
As known, replace printhead cost is similar to buy a new printer, i may stop further troubleshooting on my MP520.....

Due to my low usage on printing (less then 20 copies/month), do you think is good for me to use laser printer?
I heard laser printer will not have ink dry issue.

If you do not print often, then a laser (monochrome printing) maybe more suitable.

monochrome for printing in black only.
Not too sure about color laser printing. You may want to do a research or ask around to see which model suit your needs.
