Bonjour,

Je n'arrive pas à mettre mon imprimante Canon Ix6550 en mode maintenance malgré la lecture du site sur ce site, le voyant orange reste allumé et le message erreur 006 s'affiche le logiciel Canon reset.
comme panne j'ai le code B200.

Error B200 means the print head is defective and you cannot make this error go away with a service tool. On the contrary an electronic error in the printer can prevent the service tool from working. See this post and this for the service tool error codes. Error 006 in the service tool means the printer has not entered service mode.

Bonjour,

Après lecture du manuel le diagnostique préconise le changement de la tête et de la carte mère.
Ce n'est économiquement par réparable, il vaut mieux acheter une nouvelle imprimant, c'est dommage elle imprimé de très belle photo.
