Having been asked about this a few times over the years I got an opportunity to buy in some Canon OEM empties from the US so I decided to finally have an answer to the age old problem of sourcing extra empties with the right chips.
They're now on the OctoInkjet store and purely there to help those in dire need that didn't think there would be any problems sourcing others empties for their trust North American printer.
