Hi, I tried to buy 2 kits of carts for my EPSON - 1520 (yes I know very old) printer.

After looking Ebay I have found only one seller, inkrefillable Feedback Score Of 3416, 98.1% Positive feedback.
The actual carts are here:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250735932500&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123

THe problem is I never received anything and the problems began when seller never listed the item as "shipped" and claimed he really shipped the thing after a week of emailing and waiting for reponse. After that the seller told me that "

"For international mail we just send it first class international which doesn't have a tracking code."

Seems true but then all other purchases even from china somehow were not lost.

Well I have placed an order more than 60 days back so I can' leave a feedback etc. Just would like to ask perhaps somebody else has purchased something from this seller and really this was just a logistics problem, on the other hand I don't think so because the seller communication was non existent after he got the money.

To add more salt why would anyone sell same carts for different amounts listed for different printers? I agree that carts fit in many models but the seller has listed these carts for different prices in multiple listings why?

If you know where to get these refillable carts elsewhere I'm all ears :)

That sucks.

If you have not received your eBay item after purchasing it and attempted to work it out with the seller, then your next step is to go through eBay Buyer Protection, which you can find the link on underneath the cost of the item in the listing.

One potential issue is you may have exceeded the number of days in which to utilize this service. I would still give it a try and let eBay have a crack at it. EBay needs to know you did not receive the item and maybe let you at least leave feedback. Otherwise, if you used a credit card, contact them.

Well I can't do "go through eBay Buyer Protection" cause I can't even see my purchase after 60days they just get deleted.

I ordered same carts from InkJetCarts.us, the shipping is almost more than the carts :( but at least they already shipped my items even it's Saturday today. So I expect to get them by 18th this month. Will let you know.

I had a similar problem with refillable cartridges for an HP Designjet Z2100. I received a tracking code from the dealer for Hongkong Post which show that the package has left the county on Jan-26. With that tracking code I called Deutsche Post and they told me that the package was received on Jan-28 at Frankfurt Airport where it was sent to customs. Meanwhile the dealer started an investigation about the parcel when I asked him about that parcel. After 7 weeks I got a notification from german customs to pickup the parcel at local customes office in Stuttgart. End of April I received a letter from Deutsche Post about the invastigation, they did not know where the parcel was. I just reported them that I already received that parcel.

If you want to track a parcel during international postage, you have to choose a carrier with international operations like UPS, but this is allways the most expensive shipping solution.
