I don't know about that. Without knowing exactly how the ET8550 handles the tray, your idea may work or, on the contrary, because of the extra thickness the tray will jam inside the printer.

I cannot increase the design too much, because it must be considered as thick paper. I already increased the thickness slightly and it did not corrects the slight angled slope during printing.

Better now, but still that strange slight angle when printing:
I would be tempted to stick a sheet of paper on the bottom of the tray, possibly removing the bottom 0.3mm of the model first. I think the polished steel paper feed roller will grip paper better than PLA.

I would also look at where the pinch rollers for the paper feed roller bear on the tray. They are pivoted in pairs. I would hope they are symmetrical, if not that could skew the feed.

The paper feed guides ought to hold the tray straight while it is still in them. Are they getting pushed apart by the skewed feed or is all the skew happening after the tray has cleared them?

Is the tray thickness perfectly consistent side to side?

The surface is of the PLA print is indeed slightly rough, so the printer should have a good grip to pull the tray inside the printer and thickness is also consistent over the hole surface (Tested with a calliper: 0.51 mm +/- 0.01 mm measured at several points). I don't think this is the reason of the slight slope when pulled into the printer. Also the tray is 210 mm wide, so considered as a standard A4 paper size optimized for the roller configuration.
