Got linked over here from dpreview.com and found all the info I needed to start refilling my 9500MKII. Just ordered inks and chips from Precision Colors and wanted to say thanks for the help.

I have an empty PGI-9MBK laying around that was never refilled, only bought new and used normally. If anyone wants it I'll send it to 'em for free. It has the orange cap. If this is a stupid idea then just tell me to shut up and I'll oblige.

Welcome!, there's a lot of experience on this site (the BEST site for refilling and troubleshooting inkjet printers).

Don't need the cart, though, thanx!

Yes welcome Driven mate, there's some real weirdo's here but they do know heaps about refilling & what they don't know they invent something until they get a working solution.
I've learnt so much here I've forgotten most of it:)

Youre got off to a great start and done the first three things right anyway,
youve come here, started to refill your printer and are going to use the best of inks.

Not bad for a newbie welcome..:thumbsup

Thanks all, far from a noob though. Been CIS'ing an Epson R1800 forever. I hate the CIS and have been fighting it from day 1. Using these OEM carts in the Canon looks like the ticket.
