I very carefully removed and flushed the printhead from my Artisan 1430. Everything went incredibly well I thought. I powered the printer back up after safely reinstalling the printhead and everything was going fine. I put a new ink cartridge in and then watched the printhead carriage slide all the way to the left and then the lights went out. Now all I can hear the moment it's plugged in is this rhythmic peeping sound. It starts the moment it's plugged in, whether I push the power button or not. Nothing lights up or moves now. I've included a short recording of it sounds like. It's coming from the bottom back of the printer. Any ideas would be appreciated.
