Anyone using basICColor dropRGB on here?

I got a question if you are using the basICColor's "dropRGB" to make a paper profile.

Not having any luck getting any response at all from Germany's support team.

No, and it may be an issue with the time zone they and you are in? Thursday tomorrow is a holidy in Germany

Thanks, but it's been several days and I'm aware of the time zone issue. Good to know about their upcoming holiday though, but I'm not holding my breath on them.

At least x-rite responds within a few days. They even repaired my really old (2-3 years) Colormunki Photo for free when it wouldn't calibrate due to some internal wiring issue. Turning the big wheel on it wouldn't respond right in the program as to where it was turned to.
