Photos are not printing out correctly either. Probably partly because of the black ink smudging; but the printer has been sitting unused for a while because of the black smudge problem. The nozzle check printout shows fairly normal for black.
I purchased this printer with the CISS installed. It worked beautifully.
It started printing out black smudges where the text should be. I'm not getting any help from the guy other than telling me to ship it to be fixed.
