ANYtime! I'm going to spread that fix all over the internet if I have my way! :lol: It's so easy and will hopefully help the OP as well as anyone else looking for an MX700 fix.

I had to register to post this. Just bought an MX700 from a guy for $40. Was not printing in black at all. Error 5100 out the wazoo! I used the following procedure (about a minute and a half of "work") to clear the Error 5100 and it started printing PERFECTLY!!!!!
