All inks are dye based. Both black. Will try wicreset utility as soon as I can and will come back with updates. Thanks for the tip

Thanks for the answer. PX820 is a european model. Probably is the same with xp820. But as i can remember it was artisan 820 for US. Check this link. Yes it has 6 inks and the cartridges are fixed. I don't want to risk buying the original cartridges. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the info. I searched a little bit to the internet and i found this video Technically what the guy says that the ink pad doesn't neet to be replaced. But because i want my printer to live as long as possible. Is there any way to make a DIY waste ink bottle?

It's very annoying actually. I can't understand how the table would help understand where to lubricate. There is a different lubricant that i have to use to lubricate each part? Is there a photo were to lubricate each part that corresponds with the table you attached?
