Not tried to contact City Ink as been working late and not home until 7.30 each night!! Will try and contact them thanks for that advice

Hi I'm new here so sorry if this may have been already asked. I have a Epson DX 8400 and have the City Ink Express continuious system, but I have tried everything to get it to accept the cartridges, but it still tells me that they do not exsist! Also any ideas on how to stop the grey connection...
