Normally I use the front tray, with whole pieces of paper. Very typical for this printer to get jammed with crinkled paper.

I have an error message saying I have a paper jam, but I have removed all the paper. I got on the phone with Canon and went through several steps with him, but was not able to get rid of the message. He says I'll have to take it in for service. Has anybody been able to fix this on their own? I'm...
