Thank you Grandad i think you may have solved my problem. On the " page size " image that you show it gives the line A3+ 13ins x 19 ins 329 x 483mm . On my version it just gives 13 ins x 19 ins. I had no idea that this was A3 as only the metric size appears on the Canon photo paper packet...
