I think the HP 45's you buy from HP are dye based, however I know that some wide format printers use specialized 45 carts that use a dye/pigment hybrid.

I'm looking for black ink for HP 45 cartridges.

Does anyone know of an ink supplier that sells dye/pigment hybrid ink? I know they exist...they are used in some industrial applications like plotters, wide format printers, etc. Thanks!
