Thanks for reply. I install all updates promptly. I wish to print lyric and chord sheets from various sites ,but am unable to get the complete information. Jim.

The machine will only print the top page, all others are blank . I have tried reducing the size of characters but they stay the same. Sometimes the size of print is enormous and off centre. The only time it seems to work correctly is with Adobe Reader. Can any one help please. jimP
