Yeah paradise ain't cheap sure but it's a state there's NO excuse on planet EARTH for shipping to be $260 it sounds like someone a live person just needs to process the order and manually adjust something on the shipping
I tried the adorama one and the best it would do was 379 and comes with a 250 rebate
I tried entering the promo code in both boxes and it said for both NO LONGER VALID
I'm not sure if I did that right
When you tell it to scan something it makes a really cool camera lense like noise and this big light across the front starts doing things
This thing is really a some thing
I am in Hutchinson Kansas the scanner seems to work great. The scans are amazing. I don't know how to test the film or negative features but an interested buyer would be welcome to operate it before buying!!!
My eBay sales limit is tiny and it's not easy to sell something like this...
Looks like I'm into this $95
Looks like I would have been into it $125 keeping the OEM carts and buying a resetter
My opinion at this juncture is that everyone was right and that I should have kept the OEM cartridges and purchased a resetter. This is after fighting with refillable...
SO HERE IS WHAT HAD HAPPENED WITH THIS
1:
I sold the PRO100 OEM cartridges. Right on schedule I got stuck for $18 of the $90 I sold them for, by a buyer who completely ignored the photographs and description and condition description field, which to his credit- the guy was at least nice enough...
I should just try to sell these cartridges without the chips. Invariably I'd plaster all over the listing DOES NOT COME WITH CHIPS and show closeups with NO CHIPS written on some paper and some doofy buyer would start a return saying CARTRIDGES WON'T WORK or PRINTER DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THESE...
Yes I have been meaning to ask about that yellow cartridge issue .. I need to read up on that
What I decided to do is throw caution to the winds and just sell the OEM carts .. I can clear about $50 on that since they go for $85-$100 and if the aftermarket junk ones don't flow nicely I'll...
I was thinking maybe I could sell the full ones and buy some empty oem ones but apparently that's not going to work ...
Y'all are telling me the same things the person I trust most on printing advice says so I know you guys are right
Mr. Hat,
I can appreciate that you probably are right about everything you've said. I don't want to operate with non oem cartridges and I know it won't go as well but I'm in the middle of nowhere with half of nothing so every dollar counts!
The PRO9000 shouldn't be used with a CISS and...
Hmm
So that confirms that I don't have to have setup or new carts ..
Has anyone tried the initial first time setup with non canon carts??
What I'm trying to figure out is, if I sell the oem carts instead of using them, then, will I be sorry that I had done that
I have a brand new PRO100 - if I don't have genuine OEM Canon cartridges installed for the first ever use, will I be able to set the printer up and begin using the thing?
I found a similar thread about this but it doesn't look like any one was quite sure at that juncture
I must not be...
