Now seems as though every time I get help another problem develops.
Heres the latest:
Epson 4000. Epson ink. Epson glossy paper.
Get a perfect nozzle check printout.
There are no color biases.
Prints have a distinct overall Green tint...
I need to print a large canvas 48 X 36 gallery wrap so I added 2 inches to all 4 sides. Now we have a 52 x 40!
So I attempted to place an order at 300 dpi and it was not accepted - too large. Dropped down to 240 dpi - still too large. Width 12,480 pix x 9600 pix.

I presume you have a Canon Pro 100 based on the ink cartridge model. I have not heard of a P100. Yes Pro100
1) Do you use OEM ink cartridges or third part aftermarket cartridges. OEM
2) Do you refill? If so, what cartridges and what ink? Did this issue began after refilling or replacing...
A visible inspection of the carts clearly indicates they are half full. But as you can see - the Supply Levels say differently.
Any way to get them to operate.? Or do I bite the bullet and replace 5 carts.
Thank you for this tip. I tried Amazon many times but never saw this post. There are still a few places that have epson ink for the 4000- but - they didn't have any the Light Magenta cart when I was checking. I purchased this and it will delivered today/tomorrow.

I agree. When your app and the printer fight their battle, you're prints are the losers. They will produce a dark version of your images. Happened to me. I like the idea of starting with Canon Print Studio Pro and tweaking the brightness/contrast. You'll get the hang of the scaling/sizing. Bet...
