You asked me if I had tried setting the XPS to the default driver. I did and it made no difference. Even with the XPS as the default driver the network only recognizes the WS series.

I wanted to test it to see if would be any better. Guess I have too much time on my hands but it had my curiosity up.

Understand - One more question. The network recognizes the WS series and it is connected but won't let me connect the XPS series. Is there a way to get rid of the WS and just use the XPS?

Thanks for getting back to me, I just figured when you updated a driver the old one would be deleted.

I've been trying to figure out what firmware version my Pro-100 is using. I saw that if you print out a nozzle check the version will be at the bottom. Mine shows Ver. 2.001 but when I look at the Canon site the newest firmware version for Windows is Ver. 1.2. What am I missing here? Thanks
