ufff...I tried 1min...2min...5min...and nothing...I tried with long holding power button...turn off printer with holding button power...disconnect the power cable and hold down power button...hold the power and Resume buttons...but still nothing...

I know how refill...but I do not how reset the cartridges...so who know help me...thank you
