I can create the curves ok now with the Munki but I am having issues measuring the ink separation patches as they are quite small. Out of interest, what curves have you already created for the 3880

Would the X-Rite Color-Munki be capable of measuring the targets properly

What I am trying to do is create a Neutral print from some paper stock which is Not shipped with QTR Do you start with the ink separation targets first.?

I moved over to QTR about 6 months ago but to be honest, I am struggling to get a neutral print. I am also finding it difficult to get my head around adjusting the ink limits. The Yahoo forum is ok but sometimes not that helpful

All my ink carts are OEM apart from one (LLK). I want to go back to just using OEM inks and would like to know the best way to flush all the Non Oem ink from just the LLK line so I can start to use the OEM cart again.

Fine Art Matte paper although very nice can be expensive, Hahnemuhle Museum Etching for example is about £70 for 25 sheets. Has anyone has actually tried printing on Art Water Colour Paper with an inkjet printer using pigment inks.

For anyone that maybe interested or even curious, the two images below show the underneath of the capping station and tubes which are used to direct the waste ink into the maintenance tank and also the main logic board and power supply unit of the Epson R3880.

Having dissected the valve, it was clear that PK was not sealing on change over. I see no reason now to buy the P800 as the 3880 is running just like new again.

I have replaced the complete Ink system today on my Epson R3880 and according to the manual, I need to run the Wizard 2 program to reset the counters, I know its a long shot but was wondering if anyone has this program
