Sad you abandoned such a good printer despite resetting the counter is perfectly possible.
And even if it failed, what could you loose ?
But I understand not everyone has the time for it, or can use this time in a more lucrative way.
I was thinking the same many times, I don't blame you ;)
It was announced on Wednesday but it was not delivered in the 2 shops I visited.
Didn't go back on Saturday.
Thanks for informing I didn't miss anything.
I still have 4 boxes "Expertiz" from 2 yrs ago, but since I must have hoarded at least 1500 A4 equivalents (from 10x15 to A3+) of different...
The border is not mandatory on the sides, in fact it is only to insure stable paper transport at the beginning and the end.
PS: you can check the correct functioning of the purge system by spraying distilled water on the pads (with a long needle when the printhead is in the middle position)...
It seems you print borderless.
I recently had to clean the ink absorbers of the plate (by spraying distilled water and absorbing with paper towels).
There is a printer setting to limit the overspray area, set it to the left to limit ink spell.
PRO-10 inks are difficult to clean.
IMO isopropanol doesn't dissolve dried ink.
I would try detergent for dishwashing (on the sink, not for the machine).
The PRO-10 is not only better on glossy papers (with good CO) but also on matte and fine art the gamut is better and the blacks deeper than with the PRO-9500(II).
Only the nasty 30mm border with fine art settings...
Just passing this as info, no connection with seller

I have a Mustek Scanexpress A3, a very basic machine but all others cost 10 times more.
The scan wagon blocks regularly.
It glides on one side on a round bar as the printhead in a printer, the other side is just a plastic slider.
It is also pressed by a spring against the underside of the glass...
No regret, I have more paper than I ever will use (and ink for at least 2 years).
After printing my 2023 calendars (8x12 A4) I still have 4 boxes of 50 sheets Expertiz 300g bought 2 years ago.
I also make photo books from time to time, but why not try to print them on the double side papers I...
I never could make profiles for other people since I never did the effort to master ArgyllCMS  .
But it saves a lot on ink and paper.
Bought last week a box full of good papers, all unopened (Hahnemuhle, Ilford, Canon...) for a song.
My stock of Aldi glossy is dwindling and I am afraid...
No problem with this old hardware.
Here it is connected on the USB2 hub of my EIZO CS2420 monitor.
Only warning: Colornavigator 7.1.8 is the last software supporting the Colormunki (this is not really an issue, but keep a copy of the installation software).
Best wishes !
I finally upgraded my PC (for one or another reason Windows never took the initiative, although the hardware is compliant) , it was really very easy.
The first time I left all peripherals connected, the upgrade failed and returned gently to Windows 10.
With only a screen, keyboard and mouse...
I recently ditched the octopus-office.de magenta since it started to show less dense lines in the nozzle check.
Not really clogs, the dots were lighter and adjacent lines darker.
It went away with GI-56 M.
ARC chips behave well until now.
Indeed, the cyan is far from OK, but with good ink maybe recoverable.
I've always been extremely paranoiac on the nozzle checks, inspecting them with a magnifying glass.
You must see every dot !
PS: I don't know where you are located, but I never had any problem with octoinkjet.co.uk cyan (or...
I would not exaggerate with cleaning solutions, ammonia is a measure of last resort.
Long soaking in inoffensive products (as a drop of dish washing liquid in a bottom of deminaralized water) is often the best solution.
Once you see improvement in the cyan, a few nozzle checks every day keeps...
Very interesting observation, @Artur5, could be added to the PRO-10 geriatric symptoms list.
Just guessing: if it isn't an internal leak (although probably since the colours are adjacent) the only other explanation is migration via the purge pad. But in this case it would rather be a mix of...
Never seen that.
Seems Cyan ink contaminates the CO channel. It looks like partly clogged too.
How does the outlet maze of the CO cart looks like ?
If not blank replace.
What kind of CO do you use (most 3th party are rather poor IMO), maybe you should try an OEM one.
I would start by rinsing...
