Just seen the above RIP and am wondering if this can be used to circumvent the margin restrictions that the Canon driver imposes on the Fine Art paper choices whilst maintaining a Fine Art media type?

I understand Dredmanlaw's problem and I think I might know why it happens. I have both the X-Rite i1 and Datacolor profile devices and one of the biggest issues for me is to be able to print out the patch targets to A4 sheets (my small work space means I can't print targets to larger sheets)...
