It looked like I was getting the Cyan back when I installed a brand new printhead. Lines were missing so I did a couple of cleans, for it to still have lines. Done a system clean, which unblocked the nozzle but printed out red/brown again.
I am now getting purple instead of red? I phoned Canon...
I have a Canon Pro 1000, and midway through my prints, I noticed the colour was off, usually, this will be due to a blocked nozzle. I did a nozzle check and the Cyan was completely gone, done a deep clean and the Cyan is now printing out on the check Red.
I have done a System clean and the...
I use A4, A3 and A2 and print using photoshop
It happens on everysheet and once it starts happening the only way to counter it is to adjust it within
Photoshop by making the right side bigger than the left.
Granted I use my printer a Lot, I bought it in December and I'm already on my 6th Black...
I am on my 3rd Epson Printer, xp-860, R3000 and now a P800.
They all have one thing in common, When printing Artwork with a Border, they all start by printing off perfectly as it is shown on the screen(equal borders all around)
After some time though they start printing to the right, Meaning...
Thanks for the info, I decided to go with the studio 5 kit as it is £300 new which A LOT cheaper than I can find the colormunki, Regardles it will be a lot better than I have now ha.
I had read a fair bit on the problem with the K3 black, I don't mind it so much, I do a lot of solid black...
Yup, I'm just gonna rock that from now on, Not sure if you remember about my post when I first got the r3000, I had the opposite issue. It was terrible on WLAN but awesome on that very cable so I just figured I'd do that exact setup with the P800, :)
I have a epson r3000 and a P800 both running inktec powerchrome k3 pigment inks.
I have downloaded the paper profiles for each specific printer from the paper supplier yet the difference in print is big.
I need to get them to print as close as possible to each other.
Do I need to invest in a...
I just recieved my epson p800 today.
I have printed off about 20 prints today. On 8 occasions it stopped printing half way, ejected the paper then started printing it again. On one occasion the second print also ejected to start again..
The printer is connected to my router via the ethernet...
When i originally bought my refill kit for my printer, At the time of looking I seen somewhere had 29ml carts instead of the 26ml or whatever it is. This meant that the part of the cart that you need to prime the ink into never ran dry before the printer thought the cart was empty.
The reason I...
You can't run the charge cycle unless the carts are over a certain % full so I needed to empty the carts so the chip would reset then I'd refill them. It's fixed now anyway. Ended up just running 4-5 clean cycles in a row as I read somewhere that it is the same as the initial charge cycle and it...
Somehow I have managed to get air into my light cyan lines. It happened before and I ran the wic reset ink charge and the problem was resolved. Unfortunatly this time most of my carts were almost empty. To empty to run the ink charge so I have been sitting here for the last 4 hours running purge...
I have a Canon Pixma Pro 100s that I need rid of as I've just bought a epson r3000 pigment ink printer.
It has only ever used one set of cartridges which need replacing.
Everything is in the box.

Or I'll likely be wandering the streets swearing at the damn thing.
I'm going for a camera lesson on Monday to get a walkthrough of the basics that I'll hopefully be able to progress from
Just got myself a lumix g3 camera last night so hopefully be able to print of some awesome pics once I figure out how to use that because I realised I'm even more clueless when it comes to cameras than I am printers haha
I eventually managed to get it set up. I was trying to avoid installing the full software but once I actually caved in and done so, setting up via wired lan was really easy. The difference in speed from full wifi is night and day. Pretty much as fast as the USB connection. Certainly not enough...
