The blue one is what the client wants, but all my 3 printers profiled with ICC all give the green!!! Is there anyway to convert that to get that blue as I believed the client might not even understand the color - he just knows to design?

Yes, I did as you suggested. So you meant if I can print greyscale correctly, the it will be mostly likely that the color prints also fix the color cast with the same tweaking of the color settings?
