Hi. I have the piano book purchased from Leonard John at least 5 or 6 years agio. It has been awesome. I noticed this morning my light magenta line was filled with air so I took the cap off the cartridge to release air and ink squirted out the tubing. I found a slight nick in the tube - probably...
I owe an apology. Apparently the issue was not what I thought it was. I have three Artisan 710's and two computers going and it gets a little crazy. One computer was not acknowledging one printer but when I uninstalled and reinstalled the software it is working again so apparently it did not...
I guess it could be something different but I remember seeing firmware installing - and I now have one printer that keeps saying it cannot print. Not sure. Thanks.
I accidently plugged one of my Artisan 710's into my computer with the internet up I guess - it installed firmware automatically so fast I couldn't do anything to stop it. I know I did not give any permisssion for it to do so. Now my printer will not work with my Piano Book CISS. Is there any...
Okay - I just hooked up the old printer and the black ink comes through fine - so there is not problem with the piano book unit. The problem is somewhere in the printer. Any ssuggestions are welcome. I have done at least ten headcleanings and removed all air.
Now - a second question as well if...
Hey Leonard - or anyone - Does anyone have a plan B? I did everything exactly as you suggested - black is still completely and totally awol. When I print a nozzle check all colors are fine except black - it is non-existent. I don't think it is a problem with the piano book because it was working...
Hi. I have an Epson Artisan 710 with a Piano Book CISS from Leonard John. This combo has worked great for me for years.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get my black ink to work? I have run about 4 head cleanings and I have taken the plug out of my black ink tank and cleared any air bubbles...
I've had my Piano Book CISS for the Epson Artisan 710 for seven years now (purchased from Leonard Holmberg (LJHEnt.com). It has been an incredible investment - allowing me to print at volumes I could never afford if I was purchasing OEM carts. Every once in awhile I encounter a problem and I...
Hey. Any ideas? My piano book on my epson 710 has been operating flawlessly for about 4 or 5 years. Right now I cannot seem to get it to print correctly. I have tried cleaning the print heads and I have switched to a back up printer and it still prints the wrong colors even after multiple print...
I don't know about all the technical stuff. I read alot of reviews and finally decided on Leonard John's Piano Book system with the Artisan 710. I have had zero problems with his system. It works so well and saves me a great deal. The quality is excellent. Leonard has been wonderful in terms of...
I was using a Canon MP610 also. I still have it. But after doing alot of research - and I mean ALOT of research - I decided to invest the money up front to buy a new printer - an Epson Artisan 710 - and then I bought the Piano Book CISS by Leonard John. The reason is, as people have said I also...
I have had my Piano Book CISS Unit which I purchased from Leonard John (LJH Ent.) hooked up for two weeks now. It is for the Artisan 710. Leonard was very helpful before, after and during my purchase - always responding to my e-mails promptly and thoroughly. The unit arrived quickly and in...
