I don't have a pro-10, I have pro 100. I haven't started to fill it out yet. I'll put date and cartridge set name (set 1, or 2, or A or B) in the left column with no header. Then, under each cart, left side will be weight before fill, right side, weight after fill.
I adapted my Pro 100 spread sheet for Pro 10. I can't upload an excell file here. But it would be nice if I could because if you enter the numbers on your computer, it will total them for you.
I've been watching some videos regarding flushing the carts. It appears that people don't seem to worry about getting the chips wet. One guy runs water into the fill hole under the faucet, and water is running all over the cart, including the chip.
Is it so? It doesn't matter if the chip gets...
At the office, I'm just going to swap out the carts, putting a new clip on each one that I remove. I'll take those home and refill systematically in my basement. I used to refill Hp carts- I expect these to be easier, and more consistent.

I'm actually less concerned with accurate ink volume usage records than I am with remembering to reset chips, and putting the right ink in the right cart, and the right cart in the right place. I will be swapping our full sets, as many have suggested.
