I'm getting to the end of my first set of PC inks for my Pro-100. I refilled / topped off 9 sets of cartridges. I've got 8 new bottles ready to use for my next refilling. I think I've probably saved $900- $1000 on ink so far....Thanks to all that post instructions.
Called tech support. I was asked to try printing the 13 x 19 from rear tray (the one on top of the machine). That worked. Then tried manual feed tray (on back), and that worked. I felt like I was trying to explain a car noise to a mechanic, and it would not make the noise for him.....
My Pro-100 never acted up until today. I was not able to print on Canon 13 x 19 glossy paper- I kept getting an error message for paper jam. Paper was nice and flat, and I think, properly inserted in manual feed tray..
I gave up after six tries. Then printed on plain paper in rear tray just fine.
stratman. Thanks for the tip. I do have two complete set now. I still have to modify one cart for re-filling. I pulled every cart when swapping, left two in that were nearly full.
I've got all re-filled carts in the Pro-100 for the first time. I've resisted changing them all out as a set when carts are still nearly full. This was a six cart swap. I did this in the midst of printing 10 8 x 10 glossies. First print after swap has slight banding in highlights. That went away...
I am setting these refilled carts aside, will use them next when needed. I think it will be 5 or 6 weeks until that happens. These are so much easier to work with than the HP tri-color carts I used to refill (will mixed results). Thank you all for your replies.

Ok, I had a window of opportunity, so I refilled my first two carts today. I re-set the chips, removed ball from each, drilled 5/32" hole, and filled. I was very concerned I'd over-fill, as I watched the ink level climb on the sponge side, so I played it conservatively.
These are photo magenta...
I got a low ink indicator on my Light Gray cartridge. I was planning to swap all 8 carts. The light gray was totally empty on the side without sponge. Photo Magenta was 1/2 full. all the others had so much ink, I didn't swap them this time. Some were reading half full or less, and were 3/4...
