compatible cartridges do not provide a good enough flow of ink through the nozzles..as for flawless nozzles, the firmware ensures that it is flawless..the ink flow is not good enough with you. you will intentionally burn the print head yourself!
as for the air, it doesn't matter if it stays in the cartridge? I wouldn't be so sure that it doesn't matter..if you remove the cartridge you can see bubbles at the entrance of the print head which somehow cause a lot of problems when the ink flows from the cartridge to the print head..some say...
I have a problem with these cartridges when I fill them.. air remains in them.. yes, the gray one is OEM because it caused bad flow to the print head.. probably because I didn't let the air out when filling the cartridge..
check te dark test line..not color images.. from number 12 down...
it whas printed whit octo profile..and yes they are abit to red..
i haw colormonki so i did make my own profile..
i changed gray card whit OEM

as for checking the nozzles, I never have any irregularities.. the irregularities only appear when printing large pages, which helps require a longer uninterrupted flow of ink.. but I noticed that when changing the cartridges there are bubbles on the suction tube of the print head

my first impressions are very good.
The printer is quiet.
If the profile is good, the images are of very good quality.
The choice of velvet is interesting because it uses pigmented black on art paper.

with the search for quality ink, various problems with postage. Now that the UK is no longer in the EU, you now have to pay customs for octoink ... if I want ink from a PC, I have to order through my US. I am currently very happy with the printer...
i haw new set of carts i never leave them to dry out you now!
when empty i refil them in that moment.
This new set is better....now i need to buy second new set of oem to refil later.. i need 2 sets yes.

today i printed a little again and i noticed these horizontal irregularities again.When you take a quick look at the nozzle control you don't notice any changes.
But when you look at it so much that it doesn't take your eyes off it, I noticed one line in photo black, one in red and one in photo...

Set format A4 or other not in driver!
Set your custom profile or OEM if you are on oem inks

If i print on glossy media whit matt paper seting..there is no banding...but only CO is set Off in this option...
so is there some miss whit non OEM CO? Or is a driver Bug?
