Thank you for your help.
I scanned the photo and the nozzel check. The nozzel check didn't come out so I photographed it.
When I get home from work I will photo the photo with my camera and not my phone and upload it.
Help! What have I done wrong? Have I filled the ink into the wrong cartridge? I am using octoinks. The faces are far too red. This happens when I use Photoshop, or I just print off the Canon software. It is a Pro10s. The above is from the monitor and the below is the print.
It will be dependent on the printer. You need to do some research on this. Some you replace the chip, some a machine resets the chip and others you can code them. As I wrote previously, you need to carefully consider how difficult and expensive refilling will be, before you buy the printer
If there is a bit of air in the cartridge it shouldn't make any difference as it will rise to the top when the cartridge is installed. Jose explaines that in one of the videos.
You need to reset the cartridge. I am assuming there is a chip in it that needs reset. I only ever bought Brother Laser printers as they had mechanical resets and were easy to do. You need to run a search about resetting the catridges. When buying any printer you really need to consider...
I did my first refill on my Canon Pro 10s. It was easy. I used the drip fill method to save time rather than the rapid syringe method as I didn't have 10 syringes and modified covers. My guess it it took me about 1minute to drip fill each cart. As I was doing the second the carousel moved back...
Too late. I already wrecked it. I will make sure not to wreck this one.
On a separate, but related point, is it possible to do remote printing over the internet when I am on holiday to prevent it clogging again? Like every week or so running a test cycle.
I am using Photoshop and the Canon software. I am guessing there is a steep learning curve. Apparently imagePrograf doesn't work with 10 ink set ups. Is that correct? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I just bought 5 OEM Canon colours from ebay for £36. That will buy me a bit of time while I ponder what to do. I will grab the others soon to complete the set of OEM inks. Thank you for all the advice.
I have just bought a Canon 10s and I am looking to sell this. Lots original Epson of ink in it, and a spare black. Collection only from East London. I will show you it working £40 ono.
Hello The Hat
Fellow Irish man living in London. Just bought a Pro10 for £40 and put a new £130 head into it and it works well. It has only done 150 prints in total so should have some life left. I am looking for some good ink to go into it. I can get someone to forward me Precision Colours from...
I got fed up paying a fortune for terrible photo printing and unhelpful printers so I bought the above Epson. I now realise that it doesn't work with a PC built in the last 15 years as the drivers don't exist. Has anyone cracked this, as I am not keen to use it on my ancient Mac Air? Many thanks...
